About Michael Schmidt

Michael is a real estate agent who truly cares. He cares to ensure that his clients’ needs/desires come first in each real estate endeavor. He cares for and is grateful when he can make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Why Michael?

As a real estate professional since 2008, Michael takes his fiduciary role to heart with each client relationship established. Michael approaches everything and everyone in life with a “glass-half-full” mentality. He is dedicated and tenacious, patient and detail-oriented; optimistic, yet is not afraid to point out the negatives. Too often agents only tell their clients what they want to hear. Michael’s approach is to educate his clients with all the pros and cons so that they can make an informed decision. He believes that his success in real estate comes through developing and maintaining relationships which are based on trust. Buyers and Sellers that work with Michael find it easy to trust him as they can quickly see how much he truly cares about their respective interests. Michael attributes that his ability to sell real estate is directly related to his ability to listen to his clients. He is trained and highly skilled at the art of attentive observation–focusing on what his clients are communicating both verbally and non-verbally. Michael’s goal is your goal, and he works intelligently and creatively to help his clients achieve real estate success.
